If you remember Ronald Reagan bailed out Chrysler Corporation back in the early 80's. That was when Lee Iaocca turned the company around. Our government made money at it. The auto plants that started building war supplies after December 7, 1941 so you could have English as your primary language deserve to be bailed out. All those employees are paying taxes and not collecting welfare or unemployment. Just the unemployment money they did not collect and the taxes they pay will eventually add up to the cost of the bailout. Take into consideration all the small plants that supply GM and Chrysler Corporation that would have had to shut down also and you have a domino effect if there was no bail out. I can't understand the hatred towards the U.S. corporations and the employees who work there that have done so much for this country.
