Okay, first; Merry Christmas! Secondly: Handwriting IS becoming less and less taught. Computers ARE here to stay in most field of learning and earning $$$$. However, handwriting involves more neuro muscular systems and should be taught and developed as long as possible! When kids learn to spell, punctuate, etc; they learn it deeper when handwriting over typing. Stats and experience back that statement up. Dave, 36 good years as an educator.
