I've only ever owned one Ford. As a 20 year old kid, I bought a 1967 Ford Ranchero with the 312 Interceptor engine and paid $1200. for it. I rebuilt the engine, and had to do some serious body work on it - it had been on the East coast where they salt the roads in the Winter - all of the lower body panels were rusted out. After that I had it painted Two-Tone Beige & White. I drove the car for about 6 months and got a $3000. trade-in allowance on it when I purchased a brand new, off the showroom floor 1967 Toyota Landcruiser.
