My friend gave me 10 gallons of used fryer oil. He also gives me the empty jugs for my used drain oil, I in turn give them to another friend with a wast oil furnace. Any way I'm gonna oil the apron chain in my manure spreader with the veggie oil, even if I strain it I don't think I'd run it in my chain saws for bar oil. I'm thinking of dumping it in my oil tank for my oil boiler. Tanks half full, so I would think it would dilute and burn?? But since I heat with wood, I guess I'll have to wait to run the oil boiler, is this a good or bad idea? Any opions thanks.
