Had an interview yesterday. Thought it went well. Lasted 1 1/2 hours. Interview was with 3 managers at the same time. I would become a department head and setting up all standards and working with other dept. A lot of work, but may be very rewarding. It is a new company and will have the option to buy into the company and become part owner. Start out working out of the house and tele-comute. Will be able to baby sit the tractors so they don't get stolen. Tractor related. LOL.
