90% comes from the lack of reading comprehension. People don't read, or don't understand what they read, and answer the question that they *THINK* was asked.
Example question:
"I just changed the fuel filters on my 856 diesel and it won't start. What is wrong?"
Inevitably, someone will respond with:
"Did you change the fuel filters?"
Happens ALL... THE... TIME...
Keep in mind that responses you get on the forums are worth exactly what you pay for them: ZERO. You gotta figure out who knows what they're talking about and who's giving you bad advice.
