Our farm has bled Ford blue since the early seventies but the old Fords as we knew it are long gone.New Holland had better get thier head out of thier butt and take a look around here in Ga or they wont be "New Holland" for long.In the past year New Holland has pulled the dealership from the last remaining two close to us here in central Ga.Parts for the older ones such as the 4000 3cyl and 5000 are becoming obsolete by the minute.Last month I was working on the lift on a 4000 and needed the unloading valve and bushing,NLA from New Holland.Since it isnt avalible aftermarket either whats a fella to do?I finally found one in an old closed Ford dealer building that still had some stock in it.We still run 9600-9700 series tractors and hate to even think about lift valves and parts for them.
