Just so yall know I run it with a MM 800 cu in power unit with the right pulleys 6 v belts and I can tell it isn't running the right speed all the time as the governor or its linkage isn't cooperating and I'm triing to get to the root of the problem. Thanks for all the help. And as to the posts about UD 18 power units my Dads mill had one and we cooled it down every time no exception. I guess the heads cracked once before my time and it never happened again that I know of and we sawed a lot of lumber as that was all he did. Hardwood by the trailer load.
