I went to a sale about a month ago and got a new set of Firestone F&R's on new rims, 16.9-38 for $600. I also got a new set of 14.9-28 on new Ford spin out rims, for $325, and a pair of 10.00-16 four ribs on new rims for $150, also new. A set of the 13.6- 28 for my loader was priced at about $2k plus mounting. I'll mount them myself for what the local tire guy wants. With rims at over $200, I feel like this was a good deal...
