About scrap price, then part it out. At least that way whatever parts are good will get used. I paid $1400 for one, not stuck, not running, complete with decent rubber and that was too much to sell and get my money back after I restored it. That said, if you love wrenching on them and want the satisfaction of saving it, go ahead. Or if you just want a restored tractor, go buy one that's already done.
