Slept in an extra hour, had beggs and acon fer breakfast, courtesy of of my slaving wife who was baking rolls for dinner. Then, I went out and repaired a hay ring for the SIL, and loaded a bale of hay for him. Fed the cows, then went up to daughter's for afternoon dinner. About fifteen people, and she had enough (as usual) for about fifty. Vegged for the rest of the afternoon, then stopped in at one of my landlord's homes to talk with her. I just learned her husband passed away Tuesday. She and I went to school together, and we've been friends since childhood. Now, I'm home, and trying to find something on the idiot box. Gonna be a busy weekend- Mom's services on Saturday, and Gary on Sunday and Monday. Getting tired of funerals.
