Nice buck. The gun season opened down here in Alabama today too. I saw 3 doe and one buck (small) on my property and I let them all go for today. I have the only property left with some wood/tangled mess from the tornado. Seems most used a bulldozer to clean their land completely naked. I cleaned just the trails off and now all the deer are coming to me as they have somewhere to hide/bed down....lol. I saw 2 hunting elevated tripod looking houses just over the property line, so they are waiting for them to run out there. Should be interesting. I was looking at one of the elevated tree stands (from about 100 yards) and it has canvass all around it and a top. Well just as I was wondering if anyone was in there, this guy popped out of the top. The whole upper part of his body sticks out of the top. I started laughing as now I have seen everything. I thought they just shot from a sitting position out of a little slit or opening...lol

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
