Factory 10 Duals, good rubber,low hours,original paint can easily add several thousand dollars to a nice tractor.Know of a 2wd 7810 that brought 80K+ and saw a nice 4040 3000 hrs bring 27K so you are not too far off.Had a neighbor call with a 6900 hour loaded 4440 and dealer would give 19/20K.I have had dealers appraise things and then ask them what they will write a check for and there is quite a difference.4440/4450/4455 were some of JDs best and are very popular right now as augers and PTO equiptment gets larger
