Called a vet med supplier last year around early December, and ordered some vet supplies. Shipped as usual, UPS, and arrived in three days. Called them again just before Christmas, and couldn't get an answer. Just figuring they closed early for Christmas, I called again just after the holiday. Operator answered the phone, and said they had been bought out by some big drug firm on the 20th. She was just there straightening out some books. The entire crew was told on the 21st they no longer had a job, here was their final pay with a bonus, thank you for your life. Nice Christmas present....
