Your friend's problem actually started about 12 or 15 years ago, and your neighbor's son would be outa the house on his butt the first time he smart-mouthed or attempted to bully his mom. Again - a problem that started 15 or more years ago. I can clearly remember the one and only time I smart-mouthed my mom. I was probably 4 or 5 years old. I found myself lying on the floor with my ears ringing and my vision blurred. Dad was standing over me and calmly advised me to never do that again. I took his advice to heart, and I thank him for quickly teaching me to respect my mother.
