Look at the age of these kids. These are the kids raised when the government started telling us how to raise our kids. Parents were afraid to do anything because 5 year old kids were coming home and telling the parents that they were going to tell or call the cops. The parents instead of looking at the laws and know what they could or couldn't do did nothing. No discipline and no structure. There was a woman here in MN who's kids told on her. She was visited by social services who found that she had done nothing against the law but they lectured her about how to raise her kids. She told them that the next time she had problems she was dropping the kids off at their office and social services could raise them. Several months later she did just that.
