I made it very clear to my two twenty somethings at an early age, 'LIFE AIN'T FAIR, DEAL WITH IT!' One got it and one is struggling with it. Both now have a college education. The way I see it in my old school way of thinking, I'll always be able to find work. There's more to be said for a 52 year old that shows up when expected, follows the rules and directions and gives a steady day's work no matter how long the day, than for two 20 year old's that "might" show up, have all the drama in their lives, don't feel well and have to leave, and constantly have to be harped at that they are not being paid to use a smart phone.
