We have a great-nephew who is 26 years old and refuses to drive. Claims he can't pass the driver's exam, but I suspect he doesn't try very hard.
He has held a steady and responsible job at the local Walmart for at least 5-7 years, he simply won't drive to work. He lives in his grandparent's basement and they take him to work and pick him up. And as long as they enable him, he never will get serious about driving.
