A 1350 or 1450 will have a bit more clearence than the F145 plows. A 4 bottom should work fine behind your 4320 maybe even a 5 bottom if you are in lighter soils.
I have a 1250 which is mounted but I have never plugged it in corn stalks but I'm sure it could happen if you covered enough acres.
BTW... I've never heard stalks called "stocks". Is that midwest talk? I've also heard stalks called "stover", but never stocks...
