My late dad went through this when my brother and I entered the military during the Korean war. He was better prepared than most since he had a college degree. He started out to become a Vet and would have made good one. He loved farming and had a degee in Agriculture. My nephew has the home when they left the farm. My dad worked at a chemical company until he was 70 and then sold real estate. A lot of the income from the farm went into buying equipment. He was always wanting me to get into farming. I told him I liked working for the goverment and someday would retire from that job. That was 25 years ago since I retired and I'm close to 80. Hal PS: He's the fourth to the right in the bottom row.
