Old tanker. Current model. A JD 5101E is a 82 PTO horsepower tractor. It is made right in Augusta.
I have a 2001 JD 5210 2wd. tractor. It is the fastest starting tractor I have ever owned. It is 46 PTO hp. It gets used everyday just because it easy to get on/off and will turn on a dime. So all the stuff is not made over seas.
I raised cane with JD for years for making all the under 100 hp tractors in Germany. That lasted form about 1976 until 1992. So I had to give them their due when they started building the JD 5000 series back here.
