You'd probably want a Farmall Cub, A or B, or a Allis B or C, all without fluid in tires or wheel weights. With those I woulnd't worry about the weight. The stage is built to handle the band or chorus, and that's going to be more than one of those little tractors. I think I'd be more concerned with liability. Schools are full of the type of folks that are looking for someone to sue, and old tractors might have sharp corners or unprotected pinch points.
