Well - I needed a dirt scoop to do some waterways and a dry dam. Borrowed it from a farmer in the neighborhood, brought it home to him at the agreed time, made some repairs to it while I had it - in other words - it went home in better shape that when I got it. Then later when he needed help sorting/doctoring cattle, I spent the day helping him to return the favor. Maybe you could offer to trade some labor for the use of the disk?
