John, that rifle would have been made by Uberti, not Henry. Henry doesn't make any Civil War replicas, nor anything in .44-40. Some of their guns superficially resemble the original Henry, but they are modern guns. On the other hand, the Uberti 1860 Henry is a reasonably accurate replica of the original, although chambered in "modern" centerfire cartridges, rather than the obsolete .44 rimfire. (Can I call a 146 year-old cartridge modern?)
