It will be easier than you think, you need 2 double pole double throw momentary both side toggle switches. when you look at the bottom of them you will see 6 terminals, 2 on each end and 2 in the middle. Attach wire from positive to one middle terminal and ground to the other middle terminal. Make a jumper wire to attach to the positive side terminal on one end and attach the other end to the terminal on the other end of the switch on the negative side. Then attach the wires from the actuators on the bale thrower to the remaining 2 terminals and voila.
If it would be easier to visualize then these numbers would represent the terminals on the switch:
1 2 1 and 6 are connected by a jumper
3 4 2 goes to one wire of the baler actuator 5 goes to the other
