The ones I have seen are purpose built, no running gear or anything just an axle welded to the carrier and then up front is a pair of wheels that pivot like a 5th wheel, really close together. No pictures of them.
Most guys around here just use flat racks, as they can be used for more than just hauling round bales. If they need to keep them from rolling off, they'll have a set of pockets on the front and back that they put in a removable board that will keep the bales on the wagon. Can still haul 11 bales on a flat rack, if not more, and not have to store one more piece of equipment.
