You sold yourself and future customers short... If the website said that store had it in stock, they'd damn well better have one there when I got there (after I called ahead and confirmed) or order one and deliver it to my door at no charge.... And happy to do it........ I've BS'd around with sears online a few times but it's just not worth it.... I wouldn't walk across the street to go in a sears store even if they had free beer.......
