Don't know about that but I can remember my dad had a 1972 GMC pickup with a 250-6 in it and had trouble with it in wet weather. He took it to 3 or 4 places and none could find the problem. He had it at one place and it would run but not well. So I was with him to pick it up and I had the hood up and garbed the distributor cap and it let me know it had crack the hard way. The place then wanted to charge him for trouble shooting and fixing the problem and he said no way and we drove off to the part store
