UPS has a 7 buck minimum to ship any thing.In the early 60s it was 50 cents.When I started selling books in 1989 you could mail a book any where in the US for 75 cents now its 2.50.I mailed a fence charger any place in NE.for 2 bucks now 8 bucks.I put 5 bucks worth of gas in my tractor to go up to the woodlot,got about 5 quarts. While waiting to pay for it I was thinking I used to buy 20 gallons with a 5 dollar bill.Welcome to the worthless dollar.A 3 cent stamp costs me 44 cents now.A gallon can contains 3.6 quarts now.We have a 12 ounce pound on many items.A 5 lb bag of sugar weighs 4 pounds.
