That BS destroyed my mail order book business.I could not get a book list to regular customers be cause of this address change bull.Sent a new book list to a good customer in Texas, list came back.Found an old order with his phone number .Called him on it and found he lived in a small town for 40 years. The mail carrier knew him, the postmaster knew him but sent the letter back to me.I sent the list with the new address and got a 159.00 order from him.I mailed some checks to my bank and had them come back because 1 number from the PO box number was missing.
