Before Asking questions. The parts manual is online at th JD web site. 1-800-522-7448 will obtain operator and service manuals. Don"t waste your time with IT manuals. On occasion some books by the late JR Hobes and published by Green Magazine are a great source . Little giants is the name iirc. The 420 has live hydraulics and if optioned with the 5 speed it may have the optional live pto.
