The federal gov need to create a sales tax jurisdiction standard based on delivery zip code. Then create and maintain a ACH based clearing house that collects all the sales tax at time of sale. Monthly remitted by ACH to local tax authorities. fed VIG would be a fraction of a percent with a max amount per month. States get $ they need and already have authority to collect and local merchants get to compete on a level sales tax field. think about this idea. Pete
