dave, Totally agree. If people would just tell the plain truth we all would be better off. I would rather have a person tell me flat out I'm wrong and why. Have lots of ideas most people don't agree with. Instead of a intelligent response they say some white polite lie and go on there way. Most likely say to themselves, "what a DH or AH". Wouldn't it be better they just say so? Then I would not bother them again with my ideas or asking them to work for me. Pete
