$104 sounds like the price for a case of ten of the newer hi output tubes.. Be aware that there different two pin ends that come on 8' T12 flourescent tubes. I have some older magnetic ballast fixtures that use a bi pin; two pins that stick out on each end. My newer 8' electronic ballasted fixtures, which are only a few years old, use a tubes with a "plug" on each end, which contain two pins..
I have 7 of these newer electronic ballasted 8' fixtures in my shop.. Two bulbs per fixture at 110 watts per bulb.. 1540 watts of "Instant on" lite, with no flickering or humming. $104 for a case of ten of these sounds close..
I am happy with these lite fixtures.. But If I was going to replace them today,, I would be looking at fixtures that use the 4' T8 bulbs(1"diameter)
Finding bi pin 8' T12 tubes (older style)in the stores may be like finding a pair of 9-32 tires for an H John Deere
