I have a small stainless steel S&W 38 Special. Can't hit a 5 gallon bucket at 50 ft. But it's not how good you are it's how much noise you make. Any robber will run like crazy at the first sound of a large gun going off. You don't have to kill or even hit the guy just make a lot of noise he will be in the next county by sun up. And you won't need to clean up the mess. Ever see what it looks like when someone is shot by a 12 gauge at close range. Bummer. Walt
