About 10 years ago our daughter was receiving an award at the Christian High School She was attending. Of course I was running late and when I arrived I stuffed my shirttail in right before entering the auditorium and sat in the middle near the front. After a few minutes I realized I had stuffed more than I thought in the back of my pants. Not realizing yet that it was a bee, I tried to extricate it as inconspicuously as possible but I was not successful before it bit. Not wanting to embarrass My daughter I gritted my teeth and held in the scream and was able to squash and remove the bee with only two giggling young ladies sitting right behind me realizing that anything was going on.
