A bowl of Marilyn's gluten-free Cheerios wannabees, which was like eating air, and milk with a boiled egg. An hour later I was shaky so I made up a good old fashioned peanut butter and jelly sandwich to get some protein in me. Now I'm ready to challenge the world.
