I'm having what I have probably a dozen times a month.
Ramen noodles with some frozen green beans and broccoli thrown in.
4 1/2 minutes in the microwave and done.
I only put about half of the flavoring packet in.
Fairly low fat and not sweet.
I don't care for sweets in the morning.

Fresh sliced mozzarella and tomatoes. 2 cups of freshly ground coffee. Omlettes for the kiddos. Looking forward to a family day of relaxing and picnics with friends.

Farm fresh eggs (from my own chickens), some southern Illinois pork sausage and maybe some hash-browns. Coffee and juice...

It don't matter. I've got the barbequed turkey on the grill for later, and that's a pretty good start to something. Grill is doing most of the labor today, I hope, because I worked for and earned it no matter what anyone says. And you know what else? Its kind of rainy here off and on, and I'm going to fire up the B and mow the wet grass that I didn't get to yesterday after being called out on work jobs all day, while the turkey is simmering, and do you know why? Because I can. And one last thing, if they call me today, I will have to go, but they just may not call today or tomorrow. Grin.

Enjoy all.

A bowl of Marilyn's gluten-free Cheerios wannabees, which was like eating air, and milk with a boiled egg. An hour later I was shaky so I made up a good old fashioned peanut butter and jelly sandwich to get some protein in me. Now I'm ready to challenge the world. Went out and pulled weeds in the garden and the knee only hurt slightly. Bring it on!!!Jim

Grits,2 eggs over medium,Liver pudding. Be still my Heart............Seriously all that cholesterol will stop it.

The usual, a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

Seems, anymore, if I eat a big breakfast, I feel groggy and yuckie all day.

Homemade corn mush made from cornmeal I got from TITAN last week @ the Portland, In show. Fried in butter and smothered in syrup.

Fried egg over easy on wheat toast, small glass of grapefruit juice (or half a grapefruit, when they're on sale).

A full slice of toast is too big for one egg (at least that's my excuse), so I take about an inch off one side and put a little strawberry jam on it.

Would dearly love to have some of the breakfasts described on here, but I'd be headed for 400 lbs., or (more likely), die tryin'!

Half a chocolate muffin and a cup of capachino double mocha of course. Hey I joined the up crowd after my heart attack.

PS them eggs and bacon or sausig sur look good though.

A small bowl of rice crispies or cherrios, dry,no milk. Sometimes a cookie plus a glass of ice tea to wash it down.

Nice weather today (not too warm and clear) so we saddled a couple of the bundles of joy and went for a nice ride then to a guesthouse along the river and brunch in the beergarden overlooking the water..... No grits and bacon or pancakes, but eggs and fried tators and some little bratwursts that are real close to sausage links, plenty of bread, cheese, and lunchmeat to choose from and fruit, a cup of decaf coffee, juice, and two pretty beers to wash it all down.....

When my son was in college, living with a few guys, he would take Top Ramen out of the bag, sprinkle the seasoning on the brick, and eat it without cooking. My daughter when in college would cook Top Ramen in a coffee pot. I guess you "do what you gotta do".

I had what I usually have during the week.Medium cup of coffee and 2 donuts.

do them ramen noodles just a liiiiittle less than done, get rid of the water and toss the seasoning in then top with a couple or 5 fried eggs...... That's some gourmet eatin right there.............

Fresh bacon and runny eggs. We are camping with the kids at Ft. Clinch on the Atlantic, GA / FL border. The fort never saw action during the Civil war . It was built to cut off the Amelia river from the South. There were re-enactment soldiers this weekend, Yankees! They were having hard tack and bacon grease for breakfast! I whistled "Dixie" walking through the mess hall. Luckily, I wasn"t jailed. We toured the solitary lock up, couldn"t imagine spending the summer in there, no-see-ums, hot as blue blazes, and they let you out every 14 days to dump your chamber pot!

I had yellow summer squash and onions with a few slices of pepperoni cooked in.Ramen noddles are a last resort when eggs are gone.
