Have close to 2 inches here so far and still falling. As for the garden well it is still going just fine but this will give it a kick in the back sides so maybe even better in a week or 2. As for hay maybe just maybe if it keep it up and does not get to cold to fast a all be it small growth of hay but maybe another cutting of hay which would be very good.
