I am in the middle of having a cattle corral built / improved. It's going to have 4" concrete-filled posts along the edge to which I'll be attaching fencing. The posts are 4.5" OD. I am looking for a way to attach a regular farm gate to the steel post using some type of hinge where a metal strap goes around the post and bolts together. I have found lots of chain-link male hinge pins on the net, but they don't seem to go over 3" post diameter. I don't want to weld anything permanently since I want to be to adjust the gate up and down if needed.
Short of manufacturing something, is there anything commercially available for this? Thanks and much appreciated.
