Yeah, I wouldn't call your good furtune a country vs city thing, I once had neighbors who would use your equipment without asking, break stuff and leave it or worst yet sell it for beer money, and tell you they don't know nothing about it. I had my camper repaired in the city lately, a bunch of down on thier luck kids all renting one small shop and borrowing each other's tools and brains, and it works out well for all, including the customer. When I sold my big place the final lookers -became the buyers- asked what I thought the most valuable asset of the farm was... I told them the neighbors. They would be surrounded by decent people, and that is priceless.
