Hey folks,
B&C on my saw are shot and I need to replace them. Will give the local dealer my business for one set because they've been good to me, but they are very expensive compared to what I can order thru ebay or amazon in the States.
Anyway, different info shows up for the same saws... Is it just that the B&C need to match, or does it have to be the B, C, and sprocket? May be able to get the info off the stihl site, but thought I'd ask here in the meantime...
Stihl site recommends an 18" B&C, bought the saw new with 16". Should I go 18 like the site says? Kinda overkill I think but OTH it's only 2 inches and I have my 14" top handle hitachi now. 2 inches ain't gonna be a backbreaker is it???
