Just think, if these dimwits were around in our forefather's days. They were able to found our country and write all those documents, letters of corespondence, and win a war. All with no school system in place. Imagine asking this store clerk with an IQ 5 points higher than a turd to spell Constitution! Wisbaker has it right! I live in an area where the public scools have a grad rate of 25%! but my kids parochial school has a 95% rate of going on to college, with 1/2 the per pupil cost!
