A front caliper is likely to be stuck on its slider system. This causes the puck to be pushed back into the cylinder (maybe 1/4") when that happens the amount of fluid needed to make it stick out (flexing the support to the spindle) is excessive. Whenyou release the pedal, the structure of that support once again pushes the fluid back into the master. Jim
