Take the hood off, or just remove the bolts holding it to the rad, remove the lower rad pipe, and the two bolts holding the rad to the frame, take out the two bolts holding the fan shaft to the bracket thats over the lower water pipe, remove the three bolts holding it to the govener housing, along with the plug wire holder, tilt the rad forward, and pull the fan shaft out. Reverse the procedure to install.
