You better do some more checking into what it takes to run bison. You have to deal with the feds. I helped a friends with his herd for a few years. Normal set of chutes won't hold up. We were required to have 10' high fences. The goverment vets had to check them every year for TB. Things may have changed but do check. Alpacas can not be in the same class as Ostrich and emu. We have over 400 alpacas and Paco-Vicu�s. Got out of the horse, cattle, bison business 15 years ago and into Alpacas. LOVE IT.
