Glad to hear iam not the only one allergict to peanuts. Have been since a baby. Avoidance is best but do get exposure from time to time. I keep Benadryl liquid and and Epipen handy. Never had to use the pen and hope to never need it. I do check the date and keep it current. My minor reaction friday was from work. I am training for a different position in my company and the guy I am taking over from loves peanuts. He had eaten a big handful of them shortly before siting with me at my computer. That was all it took. He knew Iwas allergict but had no idea it was that bad. I don't blame him at all, it just happened.
