I had severe headaches for years from I was 11 onwards , usually happened 3-4 times a day and wakened me out of my sleep at nights, they left my stomach sick and I was very thin. Went on a 2 week holiday when I was 20 and had no headaches, but just 2 days after getting home they came back, every year was the same no headaches on hols but all the time at home. Finally married a nurse and she made me go get a food allergy test done.... reaction to oats and I started eating porridge for breakfast when I was 11! On hols I eat a fry every morning. now I can't touch oats, even baling oat straw gives me the pain. Sam
