i have a spring water holding tank made of concrete blocks that have some sort of inside sealer painted on them to keep the water in .it has has a crack about midway up letting water seep out slowly.they now make a plastic liner like a swimming pool liner that should seal it up.on the other hand do they make a good brush on type sealer that would seal it up really tight .i am just trying to get some tips here from you guys. thanks RICK.
