All items mentioned were in good shape. I agree with you on main bearings and oil pressure. We put a rear seal in it 12 months earlier, leaked but not as bad. The oil is new, a thought was maybe it was helping to keep oil pressure up. I am not new to this type of repair but this one has has me puzzled. The leak is not pouring but a drip about every 15 seconds at idle. It's coming our of the hole at bottom of bell housing, it's engine oil. I am thinking if the main's had wear, not major but just enough to cause movement, this could cause the leak. We are lost at this point.
